Hubert is a multi-faceted CFO with international financial management experience in manufacturing & services. He has experience in turnaround, crisis and change management for mid-caps, controlling and lean manufacturing background, and is a trained six-sigma green belt. He was a cultural attaché in Abu Dhabi from 1988-1989.

Previous assignments included: CFO with Antea Group, Dura Automotive Systems, Goodrich (now United Technologies Corp.); Controller for SFR Business Team & Faurecia; and Audit Manager with Safran Group & Deloitte. Interim assignments included: turnaround & restructuring jobs for Sweco, Dürr AG, Bollig & Kemper Group / ERP implementation for Sapa Building Systems, IMI Plc / SOX implementation for Alstom Power (now General Electric).

His scope encompasses: new Business Plan design, budgeting / forecasting, external and regulatory reporting, KPI’s, treasury, 13 weeks cash forecast, costs control, audit & internal control (Sox, LSF), ERP implementation (SAP), M&A integration, new money & financing, JV’s, audit committee, tax, Legal & IT management, and stakeholders relations.

Industry sectors: Aeronautics, Automotive, Manufacturing & Building Systems, Consulting & Engineering.

Hubert holds an MBA from EDHEC Business School, and is fluent in French, English & German.

Viviane is a finance and compliance professional with 25 years of experience in forecasting, budgeting, accounting, cost control, analysis, risk management, procurement and contracts negotiation in various sectors such as design and construction, transportation, universities for domestic and international corporate and non profit groups. Viviane has experience working with projects and teams in cross functional activities and various external partners. She has participated in large scale projects such as construction dormitories for Pace University in Westchester, rehabilitation of interior commercial and residential space at Peter Cooper Stuyvesant Town and tier one buildings in New York City and 26 offices and facilities in 12 US cities.

Viviane is a leader, problem solver and a partner in delivering financial and business analyses for decision making by Senior Management, Executives and Officers.

Viviane is currently working as a financial and contract consultant on the MTA East Side Access $11 Billion project bringing passengers from Long Island directly to the East Side of Manhattan at Grand Central Terminal and alleviating commuters' congestion on the West Side.

Viviane hold a dual MBA in Finance and Information Systems from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brooklyn College, City University of New York. She speaks fluent French and English.
