He came to Amazon after 25 years in entertainment finance, holding senior roles at CBS Television, Paramount, 20th Century Fox, and Disney. Having gone through the interview "Loop" and worked for "the world's largest start-up," he has firsthand knowledge of the unique process Amazon uses to hire and develop its employees.
