Promoting The FENG to search firms

To the degree that you are approached about opportunities, I hope you will take the time to “sell” The FENG.   Considering that our evening distribution goes out to our entire membership of 27,000, we are a pretty well behaved group. From the search firms I have surveyed, a posting in our newsletter generates 25-50 responses these days, sometimes more, sometimes less. While many of them might be considered by recruiters not to entirely fit our “qualified members only” profile, most of them have a reasonable rationale for responding.
