Hello fellow members,

I'm looking for a new 401K administator for my software company of +50 FTE.  Last 2 providers have been fairly atrocious in terms of responsiveness, transparency, customer friendliness, so if you're in love with your povider, please put me in touch.

Thanks,
Chris

We had Slavic (www.slavic401k.com) thru our PEO, and we were very happy with them.  Are you using a PEO?  If not you might want to consider that.

Why not try some of the big ones that have the resources (staff & systems) to be responsive.  I don't know what your costs will be, but you'll be able to check that.  I used T. Rowe Price.

I have used Fidelity for 25 years with 2 different providers. Their platform has been great, testing and 5500 reporting abd investment options are very wide.

May I suggest you contact David Vaugan as our Investment Advisor.  We use ADP as our administrator.  Our fees have been very low and our investments are highly out-performing most others.

I have utilized a number of them.  I would suggest Fidelity or Vanguard.  Empower retirement is not bad but they were just purchased. Our company is just over 280 employees.

If you are still searching, I have had great experiences with Brian Costello and his team at Waterford Group.
