Hi Michael,

Check Peter Margaritis out - the Accidental Accountant.  He also has a Podcast that I listen to:

Hi Michael,

There's a series of public speaking online courses accessed through Coursera that are put on by the University of Washington.  I've been considering these myself.

I agree, to what Peter Gondek has mentioned. Coursera is a great platform to learn a skill - by doing a course - for free.

Hi,

I found Toastmasters to be profoundly helpful and in a few short months I was proficient in public speaking.

There are local chapters everywhere and the cost is minimal.

I 100% second the recommendation on Toastmasters ... it made a world of difference to me.  Groups are typically *very* supportive, they provide a nurturing environment to grow.

I believe that any novice speaker will double thier proficiency just by going through the 10 speech program at Toastmasters.  It remains the most impactful organaziton I've ever been a part of.  And if you travel you can find a TM course anywhere (non pandemic of course).
