Instead of spending hours of a clients time to settle his curiosity, can anyone send or point me to a free reasonably reliable valuation model in excel?

One more request, could I get a copy of what you received. It will be interesting to see. I am sure there are so many variations from some basic DCF models to something that might be more targeted at start-ups and driven off a lot of Saas related metrics.
