I am currently in search for a cloud ERP system for a wholesale Data Center company. The Data Center industry is relatively small. The systems we are most interested in service the Real Estate and construction industries. Below is the top contenders:
Yardi 7s (Saas with Construction)
NetSuite (integrate with Procore)
Intacct (integrate with Procore)
JD Edwards
I appreciate receiving experiences and/or recommendations from peers who have used these systems.
Thanks

I would recommend Intaact if the primary need is accounting and Netsuite if the need is for full ERP system.

I implemented Intacct for a large ($230 million) non-profit. I installed GL, AP, AR, Cash Management and Purchasing modules. The system is pretty basic out of the box but can be customized to meet specific needs. We worked with the vendor to design complex cost allocation and accounts receivable billing systems, which saved many days of staff time. Cloud based system had greater functionality and lower cost than the legacy system. Would love to chat more if you would like.

We are currently using Intacct and it works pretty well, is pretty simple and afforadable. Unless you have a large, complex organization, it works well. We also have Adaptive next to it for forecasting and use it also for reporting. A great combination.

I am looking a new ERP's as well. My front runner is Acumatica. It appears far better than SysPro or NetSuite, and is very cost effective. It is worth a look.

Sage Intacct is very basic out of the box so it is fairly simple to impement. Its advantage is that it is very customizable. We had a lot of complex customizations and they worked out really well resulting in big time savings.
Note that it is really Intacct. Sage just took them over about 2 years ago.
Hope this helps.
