I have the deal, looking for the other side - up to $5 million cash investment.


 

Flexible structure, projected at $1million debt, $4million equity.  Client agreeable to other combinations, terms.

 

Oregon.  Purchase, upgrade facility.

 

$25 million inventory owned by purchaser, in warehouse to secure debt, support equity.   Valuation documentation available.

 

Revenues in 90 days.  Budgeted Year 1 sales from inventory, via existing products/channels: $12 million.
