YOU’RE GOOD AT AND ENJOY...* Build and develop robust rolling forecast to drive strategic decision making around customer demand and revenue growth
· Conduct variance analysis of financial information to determine present and future financial performance, including coordinating monthly reporting, quarterly forecasting and annual planning processes
· Construct financial models to evaluate pro-forma scenario planning
· Help support and align operating strategy of the business through various ad hoc modeling exercises
· Analyze financial data, spotting trends, developing forecasts
· Partner with cross functional individuals and teams to drive a higher level of financial acumen across the organization
· Demonstrate intellectual curiosity - continuously and relentlessly pursue new methods, processes and ways of thinking to deliver improved efficiency and decision-making.
· Solid understanding of fundamentals of business economics – profitability, operational efficiency, LTV, CAC
· Work closely with business stakeholders in both finance and across the organization to learn about the business, gather requirements, define projects, and communicate progress
IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:* Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field is preferred
· Minimum 6 years of progressive data experience
· Minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with the finance function
· SQL and/or Domo highly desirable
· Experience in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment with fluctuating priorities
· Ability to work without direct supervision and efficiently manage tasks and meet deadlines
· Strong analytical skills
· Advanced Excel modeling skills required
· Flexibility to work in both our downtown and Burr Ridge locations as needed
