- Must Haves:
o CPA - Required
o Experience with an equity share software, convertible debt and cap tables – Required
o Previously held a Controller role in a middle market company $75M - $150M – Required
o Roll up your sleeves, hands on leadership style. Flexible team player with strong relationship building skills. Proactive, independent thinker that has managed multiple projects simultaneously with many moving parts and various internal partners. – Required
