If you’re a skilled accounting professional with a passion for making a better world, and have experience with the nonprofit sector, we want to talk with you. We expect you to work hard, with dedication and commitment, and we’ll reward your hard work, but we don’t make you turn your life over to the company. We recognize that our people have lives and families and we encourage our staff to have a healthy balance between home and work. We discourage overtime and try to keep everyone to a 35-hour work week – an unheard-of standard in accounting. We’ll start you off with four weeks of vacation and personal time and have a reputation for offering the most vacation time in the country. Our staff appreciates these benefits – and that’s why we attract such quality people. We're proud to have been recognized by the Philadelphia and Washington Business Journals as one of the Best Places to Work for three years -- and we're actively hiring new staff Associates for our Philadelphia, Washington and New York offices. If you’re a hard-working accounting professional who enjoys the diversity of different client experiences and the knowledge that you’re making a difference, we’d love to hear from you. In searching through the FENG website, I came across your message about YPTC hiring full time in the Phila. area back in 2015.  I was curious if your are still using that approach for hiring at the present time.

I have been in transiton for 6 months and I am lookoing for a full time role.  I am a Senior Financjoial Executive with roles in both private and public companies and my last role was CFO of a $50 mil. manuacturing company.

Please let me know if there may be any opportunities for me to follow up with YPTC.
