I am currently engaged with a large international Not for Profit organization, gathering needs assessment and write the RFP for a AP Workflow software.
If you have any recommendations for vendors, I would greatly appreciate anyone's input.

Here are the reasons
* Been watching the company for the last 4 years
* They have created a complete eco-system from receipt of invoice, to approval, to import into QB to payment of vendor
* Power of cloud based for easy access by needed managers to approve and route
* Rene Lacerte, owner, has done a great job with tax software from the same name

The company that I work for also uses Bill.com and I have been extremely pleased with the service. The reasons that I like the service are:
Reliablity: in the 15 months that I have used it, I can not think of a single time that it was not available.
Ease of use: easy to set up different levels of security by function, vendor add and maintenance is simple, and it is easy to pay bills. Many of the invoices I receive are via e-mail and I can just forward them to Bill.com and it picks out the invoice from within the e-mail. I also love the fact that the invoice and any support attached to it are saved on the cloud and easy to access. That beats a manila folder any day.
Support: the few times that I have had a question, I have used the chat feature to get a quick and accurate answer. I like that Bill.com e-mails the chat session to me afterwards. I save them and reference them again if I have a similar question in three months.
