We are looking for Board of Directors for several of our investments. You would be representing us on the board and get small salary from the company plus stock options. This is a board of director position and not full time job (i.e. middle market company).
Must have experience in industry and plus if experience with Board of Directors!
Contact: send note and resume (or Linkedin profile) to [email protected] (it might take 48 hours to respond to your e-mail).
FIRST COMPANY: Supplier of engineering, manual concurrent production device programmers and is the leading supplier of automated programming systems to the semiconductor and electronics industries.
SECOND COMPANY: Medical Device Company: Numerous studies have shown indications of the beneficiary affect of PEMF on the bone forming process. The technology has been introduced mainly for the treatment of non union fractures. High volume, big and expansive generators compel patients to expansive, limiting to place and time consuming mode of treatment.
No practical and efficient apparatus translating the findings of the theoretical studies
into efficient, practical and cost effective machine has been introduced for the purpose
of prevention and repair of osteoporosis related fractures.
Contact: send e-mail with PDF resume (or link to good Linkedin profile) to [email protected] (it might take 48 hours to respond to your e-mail).
Thanks,
JD Morris (FENG alumni and former board member San Diego Chapter)

JD,
Location? I'm guessing this is down in the SD neighborhood.
I have a colleague up here who might well be interested in the Med Device role. He's most recently out of Bayer, and is very, very sharp. He has however worked on new ventures out of majors (like Bayer) so not clear if he has had any BOD experience. I'll send a bio along and you can contact him if you are interested.
I'm not sure on the latter; I've supported professional services but not, I think, in the space described.
Cheers,
Keith
